All New Tech Ltd. (hereinafter, “The/This Company’s Parent, Parent Company”)-who owns, operates, and holds the official trademark licensing for the company; are registered and located in Bulgaria.

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and all educational content, materials, courses, packages, resources, videos, slides, e-books, etc., contained within.

One warrants and represents that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Usage of this site and agreement to these terms and conditions, verifies one’s consent to the company’s use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies policies.

By using this website and employing anything provided through it, one confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.

Both the company and its users will attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement. If the parties fail to agree on the terms of settlement, the company retains the right to bring proceedings for breach of these conditions in a user’s country of residence or any other relevant country. Any decision made by outside arbitration shall be final and binding.

 

Reasonableness

Other Parties

One understands that the company has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers, agents, employees, and anyone associated or connected to the company in any form.

One concurs they will not bring any claim personally against any officers or employees of the company, in respect to losses incurred, even as they may be in connection with the company or its website, or affiliates.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, one agrees that the limitations of warranties and liability set out previously, will protect the company’s officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and sub-contractors as well as the company itself.

 

Unenforceability
